Do I need any experience to start?
Absolutely not. We welcome complete beginners - every black belt started as a white belt. Your first class is free so you can try it with zero pressure.
What should I wear to my first class?
Just comfortable athletic clothes. We'll provide a loaner gi if needed. Once you decide to join, we'll help you get properly equipped.
Is jiu-jitsu safe for kids?
Yes - Brazilian jiu-jitsu is one of the safest martial arts for children. Our kids program (ages 6+) focuses on technique, discipline, and fun in a structured, supervised environment.
Can I pause my membership?
